Wepath phục vụ học sinh tiểu học, nên chúng tôi chỉ thu thập những gì thật sự cần cho việc học, để phụ huynh kiểm soát dữ liệu của con và nói rõ dữ liệu được dùng thế nào.

1. Người vận hành và phạm vi áp dụng

Wepath (wepath.vn) do nhà sáng lập Ngô Gia Tiến vận hành và chịu trách nhiệm về việc xử lý dữ liệu theo chính sách này. Chính sách áp dụng cho website wepath.vn và ứng dụng học tập Wepath.

2. Khi bạn truy cập website

Hiện tại website wepath.vn không có biểu mẫu đăng ký, không yêu cầu tài khoản và không dùng công cụ phân tích hay quảng cáo theo dõi người dùng. Khi bạn truy cập:

  • Máy chủ web của Wepath không lưu nhật ký truy cập theo từng lượt xem trang; chỉ ghi nhật ký lỗi kỹ thuật cần cho vận hành, được giới hạn dung lượng và tự động xoay vòng.
  • Lưu lượng đi qua Cloudflare, dịch vụ phân phối nội dung và bảo mật. Cloudflare có thể xử lý địa chỉ IP và đặt cookie kỹ thuật cần thiết cho bảo mật.
  • Phông chữ được tải từ Google Fonts, nên Google có thể nhận địa chỉ IP của bạn khi trình duyệt tải phông chữ.
  • Website chỉ lưu lựa chọn ngôn ngữ (tiếng Việt/tiếng Anh) trong trình duyệt của bạn; thông tin này không được gửi về Wepath.
  • Nếu bạn gửi email cho Wepath, chúng tôi nhận địa chỉ email và nội dung bạn gửi, chỉ dùng để trả lời bạn.

3. Dữ liệu thu thập khi sử dụng sản phẩm

Từ khi mở Beta, Wepath chỉ thu thập dữ liệu cần thiết để cung cấp dịch vụ:

  • Tài khoản phụ huynh: email; số điện thoại nếu phụ huynh chọn đăng nhập bằng số điện thoại.
  • Hồ sơ học sinh do phụ huynh tạo: tên hoặc biệt danh, lớp, trường đang học, các trường mục tiêu.
  • Bài làm: câu trả lời, ảnh chụp bài viết tay, bản chép đã được soát lại.
  • Kết quả học tập: điểm, nhận xét, mức nắm vững theo chủ đề, tiến độ học (ví dụ thời gian làm bài, số lần thử).
  • Đơn hàng và thanh toán: mã đơn, gói dịch vụ, số tiền, thời điểm và trạng thái thanh toán. Wepath không lưu số thẻ ngân hàng.
  • Bản ghi đồng ý của phụ huynh (xem mục 6).
  • Thông tin kỹ thuật và sử dụng: nhật ký hệ thống, loại thiết bị và trình duyệt, các thao tác trong sản phẩm (như bắt đầu hoặc nộp bài) và nguồn truy cập ban đầu (ví dụ chiến dịch đã dẫn bạn tới Wepath).

Wepath không yêu cầu ảnh chân dung, địa chỉ nhà, giấy tờ tùy thân hay thông tin sức khỏe của học sinh. Phụ huynh nên hướng dẫn con không ghi họ tên đầy đủ hay thông tin cá nhân khác lên bài làm được chụp.

4. Mục đích sử dụng dữ liệu

  • Cung cấp bài luyện, đề mô phỏng và lời giải.
  • Nhận dạng và chuyển bài viết tay thành văn bản.
  • Chấm bài, đưa ra nhận xét và gợi ý cải thiện.
  • Cá nhân hóa lộ trình học theo điểm mạnh, điểm yếu của học sinh.
  • Gửi kết quả và báo cáo tiến độ cho phụ huynh.
  • Xử lý đơn hàng, thanh toán và hoàn tiền.
  • Phát hiện và khắc phục lỗi kỹ thuật, lỗi nội dung; bảo vệ an toàn hệ thống.

Wepath chỉ dùng bài làm của học sinh để xây dựng bộ đánh giá độ chính xác của việc chấm khi phụ huynh đồng ý riêng cho mục đích này. Phụ huynh có thể từ chối mà vẫn sử dụng đầy đủ dịch vụ.

5. Nhà cung cấp dịch vụ AI và các bên xử lý khác

Wepath có thể sử dụng nhà cung cấp dịch vụ AI bên thứ ba để xử lý nội dung học tập và tạo phản hồi giáo dục, ví dụ chuyển chữ viết tay thành văn bản và chấm theo biểu điểm. Dữ liệu chỉ được chia sẻ trong phạm vi cần thiết để thực hiện chức năng được yêu cầu:

  • Wepath chỉ gửi nội dung cần cho tác vụ (như ảnh bài làm, đề bài và biểu điểm), không gửi email, số điện thoại hay thông tin thanh toán của phụ huynh tới nhà cung cấp AI.
  • Wepath chỉ sử dụng dịch vụ AI theo điều khoản không dùng dữ liệu gửi qua API để huấn luyện mô hình.

Các bên xử lý khác có thể gồm: hạ tầng máy chủ và lưu trữ; Cloudflare (phân phối nội dung và bảo mật); dịch vụ gửi email; ngân hàng và cổng thanh toán; Google Fonts (phông chữ của website). Danh sách nhà cung cấp cụ thể sẽ được công bố trên trang này trước khi mở Beta.

Một số nhà cung cấp có thể xử lý dữ liệu ngoài lãnh thổ Việt Nam. Khi đó, Wepath thực hiện các thủ tục chuyển dữ liệu ra nước ngoài theo quy định của pháp luật Việt Nam.

6. Dữ liệu của trẻ em

Người học của Wepath là học sinh tiểu học, dưới 18 tuổi. Vì vậy Wepath dùng mô hình tài khoản phụ huynh trước:

  1. Phụ huynh hoặc người giám hộ tạo tài khoản.
  2. Phụ huynh tạo hồ sơ cho con.
  3. Phụ huynh đọc và xác nhận đồng ý cho việc xử lý dữ liệu của con.
  4. Con học trong tài khoản gia đình do phụ huynh quản lý. Học sinh không tự tạo tài khoản.
  • Wepath lưu bản ghi đồng ý gồm: tài khoản phụ huynh, hồ sơ của con, thời điểm đồng ý, phiên bản chính sách và nội dung đồng ý, trạng thái còn hiệu lực hoặc đã rút.
  • Ở mọi nơi hiển thị công khai (như bảng xếp hạng thi thử), Wepath chỉ dùng biệt danh, không hiển thị tên thật hay trường của học sinh.
  • Phụ huynh có thể rút lại đồng ý bất cứ lúc nào. Khi đó Wepath ngừng xử lý dữ liệu của con và xóa dữ liệu theo mục 7.
  • Chính sách này được xây dựng theo Luật Bảo vệ dữ liệu cá nhân số 91/2025/QH15 và Nghị định 356/2025/NĐ-CP.

7. Thời gian lưu trữ

  • Tài khoản, hồ sơ học sinh và lịch sử học tập: lưu trong thời gian tài khoản còn hoạt động, để phụ huynh và học sinh xem lại tiến độ.
  • Khi phụ huynh yêu cầu xóa tài khoản hoặc rút lại đồng ý: Wepath xóa dữ liệu trong vòng 30 ngày, trừ dữ liệu pháp luật yêu cầu lưu giữ (ví dụ chứng từ thanh toán).
  • Tài khoản không hoạt động 24 tháng: Wepath thông báo cho phụ huynh, sau đó xóa hoặc ẩn danh hóa dữ liệu.
  • Nhật ký kỹ thuật: lưu tối đa 90 ngày, trừ khi cần để điều tra sự cố bảo mật.
  • Email liên hệ: lưu trong thời gian cần để trả lời và theo dõi yêu cầu của bạn.

8. Quyền của phụ huynh và người dùng

Phụ huynh có quyền yêu cầu: xem dữ liệu của mình và của con; chỉnh sửa dữ liệu chưa chính xác; nhận bản sao dữ liệu; xóa dữ liệu; rút lại đồng ý; hạn chế hoặc phản đối một mục đích xử lý; và khiếu nại tới cơ quan có thẩm quyền.

Gửi yêu cầu tới t@wepath.vn từ email đã đăng ký tài khoản. Wepath có thể xác minh danh tính phụ huynh trước khi thực hiện, và phản hồi trong thời hạn pháp luật quy định.

9. Bảo mật

  • Toàn bộ kết nối tới wepath.vn được mã hóa bằng HTTPS.
  • Dữ liệu của học sinh được mã hóa khi lưu trữ; quyền truy cập được giới hạn ở mức cần thiết và được ghi nhật ký.
  • Khi xảy ra sự cố rò rỉ dữ liệu, Wepath thông báo cho phụ huynh bị ảnh hưởng và cơ quan có thẩm quyền theo quy định của pháp luật.

10. Những điều Wepath không làm

  • Không bán dữ liệu cá nhân.
  • Không dùng dữ liệu của học sinh cho quảng cáo nhắm mục tiêu và không gửi quảng cáo trực tiếp tới học sinh.
  • Không công khai tên thật hay trường của học sinh.
  • Không dùng điểm do AI tạo cho quyết định tuyển sinh chính thức.

11. Thay đổi chính sách

Mỗi phiên bản chính sách có số phiên bản và ngày hiệu lực. Với thay đổi quan trọng, Wepath thông báo qua email cho phụ huynh trước khi thay đổi có hiệu lực. Nếu mục đích xử lý dữ liệu của con thay đổi, Wepath xin lại sự đồng ý của phụ huynh.

Gửi yêu cầu

1. Who operates Wepath and scope

Wepath (wepath.vn) is operated by its founder, Ngô Gia Tiến, who is responsible for processing data under this policy. The policy covers the wepath.vn website and the Wepath learning app.

2. When you visit the website

The wepath.vn website currently has no sign-up forms, requires no account, and uses no analytics or advertising trackers. When you visit:

  • Wepath's web server does not keep per-visit access logs; it only records the technical error logs needed for operations, which are size-limited and rotated automatically.
  • Traffic passes through Cloudflare, our content delivery and security provider. Cloudflare may process your IP address and set technical cookies needed for security.
  • Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so Google may receive your IP address when your browser loads them.
  • The website only stores your language choice (Vietnamese/English) in your browser; it is not sent to Wepath.
  • If you email Wepath, we receive your email address and message and use them only to reply to you.

3. Data collected when using the product

From beta launch, Wepath collects only the data needed to provide the service:

  • Parent account: email address; phone number if the parent chooses phone sign-in.
  • Student profile created by the parent: name or nickname, grade, current school, target schools.
  • Student work: answers, photos of handwritten work, and the reviewed transcription.
  • Learning results: scores, feedback, topic mastery and learning progress (for example time spent and number of attempts).
  • Orders and payments: order code, plan, amount, payment time and status. Wepath does not store card numbers.
  • Parental consent records (see section 6).
  • Technical and usage data: system logs, device and browser type, in-product events (such as starting or submitting an exercise) and first-touch referral source (for example the campaign that brought you to Wepath).

Wepath does not ask for students' portraits, home addresses, identity documents or health information. Parents should guide children not to write their full name or other personal details on photographed work.

4. How we use data

  • Providing exercises, simulated exams and worked solutions.
  • Recognising handwritten work and converting it to text.
  • Evaluating answers and giving feedback and improvement suggestions.
  • Personalising the learning path based on strengths and gaps.
  • Sending results and progress reports to parents.
  • Processing orders, payments and refunds.
  • Detecting and fixing technical and content errors; keeping the system secure.

Wepath uses student work to build datasets for measuring scoring accuracy only with the parent's separate consent for that purpose. Parents can decline and still use the full service.

5. AI service providers and other processors

Wepath may use third-party AI service providers to process learning content and generate educational feedback, such as converting handwriting to text and rubric-based evaluation. Data is shared only to the extent needed to provide the requested functionality:

  • Wepath sends only the content a task needs (such as photos of the work, the exercise and its rubric). We do not send parents' email addresses, phone numbers or payment details to AI providers.
  • Wepath only uses AI services under terms that do not allow data sent through the API to be used for model training.

Other processors may include: server hosting and storage; Cloudflare (content delivery and security); email delivery; banks and payment gateways; Google Fonts (website fonts). We will publish the specific list of providers on this page before beta launch.

Some providers may process data outside Vietnam. Where that happens, Wepath completes the cross-border data transfer procedures required by Vietnamese law.

6. Children's data

Wepath's learners are primary-school students under 18. Wepath therefore uses a parent-first account model:

  1. A parent or guardian creates the account.
  2. The parent creates a profile for their child.
  3. The parent reviews and gives consent for processing the child's data.
  4. The child learns inside the family account managed by the parent. Students do not create accounts themselves.
  • Wepath keeps a consent record containing: the parent account, the child profile, time of consent, the policy and consent-text versions, and whether consent is active or withdrawn.
  • Anywhere information is shown publicly (such as mock-exam leaderboards), Wepath uses nicknames only and never shows a student's real name or school.
  • Parents can withdraw consent at any time. Wepath then stops processing the child's data and deletes it as described in section 7.
  • This policy is designed around Vietnam's Personal Data Protection Law No. 91/2025/QH15 and Decree 356/2025/ND-CP.

7. Retention

  • Accounts, student profiles and learning history: kept while the account is active, so parents and students can review progress.
  • When a parent requests deletion or withdraws consent: Wepath deletes the data within 30 days, except data the law requires us to keep (such as payment records).
  • Accounts inactive for 24 months: Wepath notifies the parent, then deletes or anonymises the data.
  • Technical logs: kept for up to 90 days, unless needed to investigate a security incident.
  • Contact emails: kept as long as needed to answer and follow up on your request.

8. Rights of parents and users

Parents may ask to: access their own and their child's data; correct inaccurate data; receive a copy of the data; delete data; withdraw consent; restrict or object to a processing purpose; and complain to the competent authority.

Send requests to t@wepath.vn from the email address registered on the account. Wepath may verify the parent's identity before acting, and will respond within the time limits set by law.

9. Security

  • All connections to wepath.vn are encrypted with HTTPS.
  • Student data is encrypted at rest; access is limited to what is necessary and is logged.
  • If a data breach occurs, Wepath notifies affected parents and the competent authorities as required by law.

10. What Wepath does not do

  • We do not sell personal data.
  • We do not use student data for targeted advertising, and we do not send advertising directly to students.
  • We do not publish students' real names or schools.
  • We do not use AI-generated scores for official admissions decisions.

11. Changes to this policy

Each version of this policy has a version number and an effective date. For material changes, Wepath will email parents before the change takes effect. If the purposes for processing a child's data change, Wepath will ask for the parent's consent again.
